During their teenage years, children experience rapid physical and mental growth, which can affect their energy levels. We use a mix of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation techniques to keep them engaged in health and fitness. Our classes also emphasize goal-setting and decision-making, helping teens develop critical thinking skills as they navigate this important stage of growth.
Boosting Confidence and Communication
Teens often seek social acceptance, which can lead to fear and self-doubt. Our program encourages them to step out of their comfort zone through performances, competitions, and leadership opportunities. We focus on improving their communication skills by having them lead small groups, volunteer, and demonstrate techniques, building their confidence and self-esteem in a supportive environment.
